Q. How long will it take to ship my order?

A. We make every effort to ship regular orders within 24-48 hours after being received. During holidays or when we are running promotions it may take longer for processing. If you have selected an express option, we will try our best to ship it out the day it is received.  This depends on the time it is placed, most orders are processed at 10am est.  Orders place after 10 am est, will be sent to processing the next business day.

Q. Can my order be adjusted or canceled after being placed?

A. Sorry, once orders are sent to be processed we cannot make adjustments or cancel the order. If you notice any issue please contact us immediately after you place your order so we can try and rectify the issue.

Q. What items can be returned or exchanged?

A. For health reasons we only accept items that have not been tried on or worn. You may return these items to us at P.O. Box 2164 Stamford, CT 06906. Please include a return form (found in on the back of your packing slip to avoid delays).

Q. Do you ship to international locations?

A. We do ship internationally. During checkout you will find your country in the drop down menu.

Q. What does denier mean?

A. Denier refers to the weight of the material, 7 denier is going to be very sheer whereas a 70 denier item will be a solid opaque.

Q. What is the difference between a French Heel and Cuban Heel?

A. French Heel has a point where the seam meets the foot while Cuban heel has a square where the seam meets the foot.

Q. What is the difference between Stockings and Thigh High?

A. Stockings will require a garter belt to stay up, where thigh highs typically have silicone bands on the inside to keep them up without a garter belt.

Q. What is the difference between a RHT (reinforced heel and toe) and a sandalfoot?

A. RHT has reinforcements on the heel and toe to help prevent runs and snags caused by shoes and toes. Sandalfoot has a sheer heel and toe so you can wear them with open toe shoes.
