Please check to be sure you have properly added merchandise to your cart by clicking the "Add to Your Shopping Bag" button on the product page featuring the item you want, or the "Add to Bag" button on the category page. To check that the item has been added to your shopping bag, click the "Shopping Bag" button at the top of the page and you should see a list of your desired merchandise.

If you have done this and are still having problems, your browser's security settings could be set too high, and/ or you do not have cookies enabled. If you or your systems administrator raised your security settings due to worries about worms and viruses, be assured that you can trust our servers to be 100% worm and virus free. They are continuously monitored in real time to maintain their safety.

To place an order please temporarily enable cookies and reduce your browser security settings to Medium.

To do this, click on "Tools" on your browser's tool bar, then on "Options", a box appears, click on the "Security Tab", slide the tab down until "Medium" appears. Next click on the "Privacy" Tab and slide the tab until allow all cookies appears. Click on "Apply" and exit the box.

You should be able to shop as normal.
